Painting ceilings is the worst type of painting in my opinion.It is the slowest because of the distance your roller has to travel from the ceiling to the tray on the floor each pass, you get paint drips not overspray dust on your face and your neck kills after about 30 minutes.

Forget about that time frame with conventional financing, that is slowest option.   

You do not have to be faster than the bear, just faster than the slowest person. 

Never end the lease between Sept and May as these are the slowest months to find a renter.

Hello,I would like to seek opinion from members on this board about my rental place that has been on the market for two months with very little to no traffic.I understand that Dec and January are slowest of all months in the NE but having unequivocally very little traffic is discouraging.

I know this is probably the slowest way to scale, so I'm learning more and more about how to purchase off market properties either through wholesalers or auctions.

We don't have extreme appreciation but we also don't have extreme depreciation and we tend to be slowest at adopting "socialist" (for lack of a better word) behaviors.
