Is it possible to close in week with conven or private finance?

I have a property with $510K, repairs 25-30K. ARV 630-650K. Is it possible to close with in week with conventional or Private lending? Please reach out if possible. I want to cut monthly expenses as much as I can because big loan.

I think a week is a little out of the ball park in most cases. 2-3 weeks is more of a realistic time frame with private money. Forget about that time frame with conventional financing, that is slowest option.
