In my life, I have done some Sky Diving, Soloed an Airplane, am certified PADI SCUBA Diver, water skiied, snow skiied, and I love Cross Country Skiing, and much more.

I don't know if you do the scuba diving thing (or perhaps snorkeling), but of all three places, in my opinion St Thomas has the best scuba and snorkeling.

I am a diver as a hobby and the diver's slogan is : "Plan your Dive, then DIVE your plan" that slogan works in investing as well!

I was a scuba instructor traveling and living in the Cayman Islands until COVID.

My next step is to diver deeper into each area and explore the differences between them.

I have been blessed with 30 days off from my normal W2 Job and in stead of traveling abroad, scuba diving with Nemo or search for the greatest food dish, I plan to dedicate the time I would be working into learning about Real Estate.
