Newbie from Northern New Jersey

Hello BP!

My name is Charles, as you can see from the subject line I am from Northern New Jersey. I have a NJ license but never sold any property, I only wanted to get some basic knowledge of how things worked.

I am currently a VP for a Logistics firm, my passion has always been in real estate so I figure now is the best time if any.

Looking to learn from the group on BP, it appears to be a well divers group of members.
