On the 2nd bath addition did you tie into the existing stack or did you have to run a new stack from the basement and reconnect the existing bath to the stack?   

Nothing alarming on the inspection; would need two HVAC ducts reconnected under the house and some ducting insulation redone.

Discussed with my insurance adjuster and he seems to indicate there is no path to subjugation although he loved to be able to because he said I was the one who authorized the reconnection.
