@Maverick Priest most counties offer this for free themselves on their own websites, but some counties go to great lengths to make you go into the office for the info or pay a fee, what county is this that you are interested in?

The majority of the lake front property on Priest Lake in north Idaho was lease hold land.

@Jenna Priest If everything is as you say it is, it sounds like a clear cut case. 

We are having the most luck in Priest River and Bonners Ferry. 

You are not a bank and if they don't have a job they can get cash from, or friends, or relative, or get a payday loan, or can't get a loan against their car, or don't have a priest to turn to then why should you think you have to be their savior. 

@Justin Priestly this is a great idea.

I am a benefactor of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, a group of priests and brothers who serve the poor and underprivileged.  

I look at them as I would an atheist priest, a broke financial advisor or a doctor who smokes... none of them are logical, just as the non-investor agent is not (IMHO).I also wouldn't want an agent helping me to buy a house to live in if I learn they live in an apartment.

I'm not sure exactly what county Priest River is, but you would either need to go to the courthouse in person or request via their website. 

If anyone has any recommendations on a good local priest or a video on how to smudge please let me know.
