I am not stupid and I won't pay $5000 for "coaching" calls that are pre recorded.  

Now that I've switched my method to a pre-recorded message, it seems as if now I don't even get a call.

I asked them why that is, and they said they don't know if it is all for rent or other delinquencies, so they put it in box 3, but I can just treat it as rent.Problem is, Turbotax does not allow me to link an amount in box 3 to a specific property in Schedule E. 2 hours on the phone with TurboTax support didn't really help, and a call to the IRS led me to an agent who had no idea what to do, and directed me to pre-recorder generic information that was not helpful at all. 

Found a cool site (https://mainlineschool.theceshop.com/pennsylvania/real-estate-exam-prep/pa-salesperson-exam-prep-cost) that has on demand, pre recorded classes and lots of resources but it is only for PA.

Adrian Smude has the best suggestion for the return address.Make sure you prerecorded voice mail is awesome!!!!
