I need technology advice

We do direct to owner campaign to reach out to multi family mom and pop owners in our market. My goal is to get $100k in acquisition fees which is let's say 1% of the purchase price of the property. So let's hypothetically split the $10m purchase price between 2 deals. Right now we average about 80 call per day (20 calls per hour) and 5.55% appointment rate. I used a 5% close rate to be conservative. At that pace it would take us 5.4 years to get 2 deals (2.7 years per deal). I need to increase our call volume to 400 calls per day to hit our target of 107,632 calls to close 2 deals totaling $10m in one year. However, I don't have endless funds to hire 4 more reps right now. My questions are:

  1. Are there cheap dialers that can dial multiple numbers at the same time? and also leave a pre-recorded voicemail saving us time?
  2. Is there AI technology available yet that can call and text for us around the clock?
