Funny I was just invited to send in a $5k binder 10 minutes ago........ 

But the entire atmosphere seems like to tighten up with the general rise in interest rates and a little bit of uncertainty in the housing market.

I’d prefer less outsourcing on behalf of the banks and fewer web portals/ apps/ servicing companies because in my experience the more entities involved the more glitches, so adding a VA and another layer of software to the mix doesn’t sound inviting.

I began inviting them to online zoom meetings I would hold with brokers, agents and investors... friends I had made along the way, where we would just talk strategy, loan types, current market trends etc.

You can't compare the system to the time that the entire Airbnb's focus was inviting more hosts to the platform vs Airbnb is focusing on the customer experience era.

As for my Airbnb research, I have spoken with a person who runs numerous Airbnb’s in a different area (city atmosphere) who provided good ideas on how to smoothly run the property.
