I was unclear about how someone got a negative influence but after reading the post (thanks for the hyperlink Ralph) about how the influence system works it's pretty clear.Someone with a high negative influence had to be spamming quite a bit and not really participating on the forum to get to that point.

Their making a killing with their hyperlinks as affiliates for this program.

Lastly, you can just type the text coding into your post to change things to by clickable hyperlinks.

Hmm, hyperlinking is buggy at the moment but the Dallas County Appraisal District's website is www.dcad.org

I've used the @ in other posts on other sites, but never knew it could be used as a hyperlink. 

You can upload files which are shown as blue hyperlinks in the email and they click those to download my recommendations, directions, etc.I spent a half hour setting it up and haven’t needed to look at it since.

I know websites like Zillow and Realtor but I'm not sure how to properly find the hyperlinks or anything to take me to the actual properties.

His website is 360 contractor services dot net (sorry I can't put a very easy hyper link in here, I did that first and apparently it's a federal offense on Bigger pockets to post valuable information such as website, phone numbers, etc in these forums, so much for value add)  and another great Charlotte resource is @Kevin Stringari and the amazing staff at Bottom line Reality.
