When we went to pickup the fans and humidifier we had our sump plugged in with an extension cord, when we arrived back at the house I found the sump was unplugged by one of the tenants - not cool!

Everyone i spoke to did not replace wire.just remember; all drywall 12 inches above flood line, cabinets, doors, flooring(tile should be fine), maybe the a/c equipment, window stools, baseboard, insulation, outlets (at least) and it took us 3 months with multiple fans and humidifiers running to get all the wood back to acceptable moisture content.

That's easier but if it's drywall remove all of the moldy stuff.  2) stop leak 3) use p100 respirators.  4) run 70pint or higher humidifiers for a year.

Right now there isn't any sump pump, french drain, or de-humidifier of any kind and it likely needs all three.
