Rehab with extensive mold

Hi there guys,

Thinking in placing an offer for a house with large mold issues. 

House is remote so my visual inspection will be upon accepted contract. All I've seen is pics and the word from the agent. My plan is to go there and have a formal inspection done to help me uncover things I may not see.

Now the question. What is typically involved in dealing with this? The upper part of the walls seem fine so I asume the issue was flooding.

House is incredibly discounted so there is large room for profit/repairs.
