My first order of business is to get a professional head shot, get some business cards and start marketing and networking like crazy. 

I will integrate the listing mailers over the next several weeks as well.On a side note, I got my professional headshots updated today and our new company website should be up and functioning over the next 7-10 days.

You need to package and position yourself as an expert and exude that confidence when talking with potential investors.

If you were a long distance out-of-state investor, had a head-shot, and occasionally traveled to see properties and network with other professionals- how much would a lot of tattoo's hold you back?

Maybe get a free head-shot for your new business card out of it?   

I have also learned that the asbestos is normally in the tile under a vinyl cover so the tile does not exude asbestos naturally but can if it is broken up while being removed.   

Additionally, you should always request a copy of residents state-issued government ID, driver’s license or passport and a headshot and selfie.

You might hear things like: you have to get a website first, or business cards, or these glamorous headshots, or buy or don’t buy leads, etc.
