Asbestos Floor Tiles Bury in Epoxy?
I am in the process of purchasing a single family house with the intent of flipping it.
In the basement, there are 9" by 9" tiles across the entire 600 square foot floor. As I understand it, virtually every 9" X 9" sized tile contains asbestos. I have also learned that the asbestos is normally in the tile under a vinyl cover so the tile does not exude asbestos naturally but can if it is broken up while being removed. In this case, most the files can be peeled right off the floor with bare fingers. But there are still some that break and I have to deal with disposing of them.
A few years back, I had my garage floor in my own house epoxied and loved the way it took care of cracking concrete and the way it looked and acted. It seems to me (with my own half baked wisdom) that just covering the current floor with epoxy would be a good way of taking care of the issue.
Agree? Disagree?
What would you do?

You just lay a new floor over the existing floor.
