I think though now with this new law it gives the state an easy track to regulate compliance  IE you either gave the disclosures or you did not you either have the disclosures on your website and marketing or you dont.. be very cut and dry for enforcement. 

In this market the auctions are dry.

We had a dry spell after build about 35 new builds there over the last 10 years price points 500k to 2.5 mil.3.

I even had a wild hair to make an offer on the marina I was managing at the time.

The winds were so strong and fire so hot there were cars turned upside down in driveways, and then melted.The bottom line is that 100 mph winds combined with dry grass and just about any ignition source is unstoppable once it gets going. 

About as dangerous as a hair dryer.

It's a situation where if it was a springer episode each party would have to be separated after the fist fight/hair pulling contest with one getting thrown in the crowd. 

We don't know you, we have no idea how you act under pressure, how much hair a sec8 tenant will have you pulling out or how thick you skin is.
