We use Hospitable as our PMS for automated messages and calendar syncing, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing and market analysis, Minut for noise monitoring, Schlage Encode locks, Ring cameras, and the Google suite for shopping spreadsheets and owner monthly invoices.

It will be a constant grind of content creation, and continuing to learn and regurgitate your learnings into digestible content.  

Do you think 3 days is too aggressive for a noise issue? 

We were introduced to the check-ching noise: the cash machine receiveing cash.

I'm a newby so I haven't had much luck yet, but that's ok I'll keep grinding.

I imagine construction noise doesn't garner tons of points with guests.  

What gave you the ability to enjoy what you were doing despite the noise?

So it can feel like a grind - it's a grind that I love personally, but that's not always the case for some people.

Ignore the noise of higher cost = higher value or lower cost = low value.
