In other words, you may be great at leasing, but if you can’t keep your tenants your occupancy will forever be a revolving door.

My market has been a poor initial cash flow market forever.  

This caused a historically unique opportunity for investors - they could buy Class A properties and immediately cashflow when renting them out.This couldn't last forever, and it didn't, as excited new investors drove up prices.

When i was younger I used to help her with renovations on some of these properties.I asked her about 2 years ago why she never went multifamily and she said that she was afraid of stepping out of her comfort zone and wanted to stick with what she had known and done forever.

This party won’t last forever, no one tells you when to get out, sometimes you realize too late. 

@Karen SmithAs jay mentioned private lending has been around forever and it’s really not on the rise - I think it’s always been a large player in the real estate investment space for short term loans.

Keep them under my existing Superhost personal account, or set up a new branded account that could stay with the complex forever. 

Do you plan to live there forever?

I'm eager to invest and I hate to put it off forever.
