We have a huge number of people entering the market with even single/double wide's being listed as STRs, I think it's going to take 12-18 months to flush out a lot of these listings where people have obviously not run their numbers.

They also mentioned their would by extra cost on their power bill “which they are responsible for” from having to run the well pump for an hour or 2 to shock and flush the system!

Things to consider, if you are a 2 story, you can only build a flush 3rd story addition if you are an end row or next to an existing flush 3rd story, otherwise you will have to do a setback 3rd story addition.Hope this helps!

I had had a plumber replace the toilet insides at the end of January and the toilet was flushing perfectly, so not sure why he wanted to play plumber.This is three months later and on a Tuesday I hear it running again and he had the chain hooked around the inflow clip I unhook it and notify him.
