My point is if I just said well tough you paid I gave you the information not my fault you didn't appreciate my "Guru" wisdom he would have been able to go to so many places and bad mouth my fledgling little land coaching business with very little effort.

But I don't need to make a killing on this property, and I'm trying to help out a fledgling business.
