Deals can be as different as fingerprints but there’s little difference in origination work and less justification for paying $5000 for a half-million dollar loan than $700 for a $70k deal.

I've put them on when the door required them and I didn't want tenants to get fingerprints all over white cabinets.You can find tasteful (and simple) contractor packs at Home Depot and Lowes, as well as Wal-Mart... and probably other stores that I don't have access to here in Alaska.

Not only do you have to pay for the schooling but you also have to pay to take your test and you pay to get your license and then you pay to get your fingerprints and your background checks.Then you will have to find The Brokerage to work with.I wish you all the luck in the world.
