connected key for appartment or duplex

I am a new comer on this forum. I am very happy to be there and to be part of this community.

I live in France and I will begin the year with the management of two short rental apartment.

I have some question about connected key : someone knows good model ? (and perhaps some to avoid).

It will be very useful to know parts that have been already tested
