It seems like it "should be" good with some good features for the price (specifically I'm looking for an easy way to sync pricing across platforms including my website).  

It has a lot of features that I simply can't write down all together.Zoho SalesIQ it integrates with your websites for real time chat supportZoho Workdrive, this is a Google Drive alternative except Zoho gives you 5 TBs right of the bat!

So, I don't want to expand that tool beyond what it is today.1) If anyone out there knows of such a dashboard for a small investor (I have 5 commercial leases and 14 residential), please share the information on where I can buy a template.2) If any of you are interested in working together to develop this tool, I am happy to meet and build a wish list for features that we can divide up the work and complete it faster. 

Fix it.We eliminate as much landscaping as possible: we take out flower beds and most decorative features, ideally, lawn mowing is the only job tenants have to do, because we know that's all we can expect from most.
