Investment Info:

Townhouse fix & flip investment.

217 W 131st St, New York, NY 10027, is a historic townhouse located in the vibrant Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was drawn to this deal because of the location in Harlem, which has seen a significant revitalization in recent years. The area is rich in history and culture, and with ongoing investment and development in the neighborhood.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this property through my network of local real estate professionals. I’ve built relationships with brokers who specialize in Harlem, and one of them brought this off-market deal to my attention.

How did you add value to the deal?

I added value to this property by preserving its original architectural features while modernizing the interior. Townhouses like this one in Harlem have a lot of character.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I buy most of my deals off-market, and for this particular property, I worked with a trusted broker who specializes in Harlem real estate.
