.$2,700 for granite -- I could have gotten builder-grade granite and kept the old top-mount sink for $2,200, but decided on exotic granite and a new under-mount sink.$3,000 for painting -- the foundation is under a lifetime warranty, but the tenants didn't bother to water it, so it had to be adjusted and the walls and ceilings had cracks.

There are some that have great fixed periods and can be significantly lower than a 30 year fixed if the loan is likely to be paid off in 5-7 years when you sell, refinance, etc.My point is ARMs have gotten a bad reputation because a few specific sub-prime exotic ARMs.

Interesting how when it's a man, he has the money because he is successful at business, but when it's a woman, it's probably all in singles ...I've known some exotic dancers and private escorts that made truly fabulous money.
