To properly assess the proper path for one’s portfolio one must do so with a backdrop of accounting for the individuals’ skill in selecting sponsors, accounting for margin of safety in financial modeling, and an understanding of how much “risk capital” the induvial is allocating to the selected opportunity.

Areas that are best for backdrops are pristine, then the rest of the house can be more normal.I have a lot of experience with content creation and production work, so I have an edge there.

With this high level back drop, I've been scouring online resources to better understand the relationship between operating and holding LLCs and am trying to understand the basic mechanics of how they entities are utilized in the conduct of the BRRRR strategy.

Most of there flips are in towns closer to NH than Boston, but their backdrops are usually set in the city.
