Than is not from Flipping Boston. He is from A&E's Flip this House back a number of years ago. The Flipping Boston guys are entirely different.

Of the guru's, I like Paul and Than, and their Fortune Builders stuff, better than any of the others. While it's still a hard sell, there is meat in their courses.
