With that said, you have a lot to learn before you need to form a partnership and start the wheels on that.

Hey @Cameron Wells so the tiny homes on wheels are not real property, they are essentially RV's.What I would find out is what the property is worth bare.

Both scenarios are better for you than what you are doing right now --  spin your wheels sending out mass mailers. 

Hi Mike,I don't know the specific answer to your question, but the dirt cheap bare minimum 'online' brokerage that I've seen a lot of people use, after spinning their wheels and doing a bunch of research, is these guys.To align expectations: you get what you pay for, which in your case may end up being 100% perfectly fine.

Lastly is structures, and to be honest I think we'd probably have to move the needle $100k or so on that item because I have a feeling from what I've seen thus far is these structures are not of the most durable enduring type and I will have some considerable cap-x over 10yr window on them.

If there is not clear winner, i would go with it was most universal and durable and don't "overspend" in hopes that it will sell quickly.
