I am going to ask for a new draw schedule and estimated costs for the current time.  

With Chicago's new Express Permit Program, it's a bit easier to get permits for work that would have previously required architectural drawings. 

How much pollution occured due to these fires ? 

.- Have attorney draw up a contract to do this.Suggest you offer your dad some cash, now or in the near future, to motivate him to transfer his ownership to you.It may not work out, but you will learn a lot either way!

I have a close friend who constantly drives up to the white mountains so can definitely understand the draw.

@Kash Tacke legally, you would need architect drawings to get approval from Detroit Zoning Board.
