Generally u want a full time agent.. part time agents are not as plentiful as a few decades ago when you had a lot of firemen/Teachers/ airline pilots  etc  that would do RE part time.I am not a full time agent but sometimes i take on one client .. and the flip side is that i am lazer focused on helping that one client as I have no other clients to service and my daily bread is not buttered with sales commissions.

While I'm saving money for a downpayment and finding the right property (it's crazy right now) I think it would be beneficial to get with an agency and do RE as well.
