Once again, that's being VERY generous, I'm going by what my friend tells who is a newbie in this business and is just starting out to learn.I am not exaggerating when I say that virtually all of the useful information is easily found online and in books -- which are constantly downplayed and dissed by instructor Ryan, since he knows that they are a much less expensive and far more educational alternative to FortuneBuilders' "Mastery" coaching. 

I've been amazed at how many practicing attorneys, including those with specialization certifications, don't know the laws.And don't diss the internet. 

Not to diss any BP managers, but I was a landlord who used a PMC who ripped me off royally on maintenance costs, as did my daughter. 

The big diss on BP against LU is that LU costs something and BP doesn't, so therefore LU is either inferior or for inferior people.

Rather than diss a strategy like sub-dividing, which is most of what I do, or rezoning as "too hard," he and his guests present the facts in a non-patronizing fashion and let you decide based on your circumstances whether this or that particular wrinkle to the land business might be for you.
