If Como REI did disband it would have been within the last month.

Our firm would be disbanded, our law licenses taken from us, and we would have to pay thousands of dollars in restitution to the opposing party.No, an LLC protects an individual because it makes us have more stringent pleading requirements and evidentiary requirements prior to bringing a law suit. 

Since they are not efferent or useful, we should significantly reduce their headcount or just disband them all together.

I also went on the states business site and saw that our LLC was disbanded administratively in 2011.

But I'd love to see a panel of experts in economics and real estate debate the influence of the current political atmosphere, the disbanding of Fannie and Freddy and what we should expect in the next 5 years, and of course the budding financial markets that are popping up such as Private Lending, and etc.

Unfortunately, they were put in a position where they felt that their best option was to disband the program.  

I used to go the one up north of here (in Adairsville, I think it was), but I believe that one has disbanded.

I have found luck in the tax database as well except for ACORN properties because the group disbanded.

That group ended up disbanding even though there were over 100 members and 80 attending monthly meetings.
