Update: It looks like the county has appointed an 11 person short term rental committee to review the work, investigate more, and provide a recommendation and will be disbanded by November 30th. 

I disbanded the LLCs and trusts this year because the upkeep costs (LLC fees, Trust Fees, Registered Agents etc) just are not making sense.

I had 20 employees. by 2011 I had 2 and we disbanded what I am proud of though is no lender took a short sale from me..

I am getting ready to move out of the building entirely and would like to disband the condo association and have one tax id for the building as a whole.

I thought the group disbanded.

We have since disbanded that venture and each found others with SDIRAs or SOLO401Ks that are NOT disqualified people to each of us and partner with them on things....

My uncle and I have talked to the president of the non-profit and they are interested in selling it, and would take what is currently left on the mortgage for the sale since they would disband the non-profit.

It ended up slowly disbanding, but was very helpful for a couple of years!

There was once upon a time a Riverside group but it disbanded last year I believe.

Section 8 housing HUD funding seems to have dried up, even though a formal disbanding of the program has not been announced.
