We are leaning towards holding it and doing a refi to deploy capital on future projects.

Acquires a new one via capital injection annually, and with the pyramiding, after 20yrs of this will be siting on a nice holdings that is planned to fund kids university tuitions via rents at that time, which around yr17 we will start deploying into assets with more of that cash-flow focus. 

I have a pretty big chunk of cash sitting on the sidelines that I would love to deploy to start building long term generational wealth. 

., especially for someone who recently started a thread asking if now is the right time to deploy capital in the RE market considering where we are in the current cycle. 

I would keep and hold it for the long term, unless you can deploy that money in a much more productive investment. 

@Jeremy TaggartYou seem knowledgeable about Pittsburgh…I have a buddy who has a couple hundred doors there (single family and small multis) he deployed all his cap a while ago and has done well there.

IRA funds LLC bank account and funds are deployed for investments and property held in the LLC. 

That being said, NEVER carry a gun if you are not 100% capable physically and emotionally to deploy it if needed.I just feel that open carry brings poor connotations along with it (even from me an avid shooter and gun lover).

Most of real estate comes down to finding places that people with options want to live and deploying a well thought out strategy. 

This is what Wall Street does to deploy tens of millions into a marketplace quickly.
