(We're from California as well) Everything has been extremely smooth so far and their staff has been excellent with their customer service. 

I've heard nothing but complaints from customers AND their franchise agents reegarding the quality of their 800-number service center. 

Again, I’m not sure if these guys do this to everyone or if their customer service ability as partners is just terrible.

We were the ideal customer of a real estate investor.
