I sat with a very successful commercial developer from Minneapolis at a comedy club last night & we both agreed that You Win When You Buy It.Just a thought....  

If ever I watch anything, it's usually quick shows for relaxing or background noise (usually comedies or short info shows on netflix).

I always find there are so many people in real estate that just fly by the seat of their pants so to speak, whether they be lenders or agents. hahah... too much comedy in this industry for sure.

I had approached a friend of mine months ago about starting a youtube channel, us doing silly things / pranks, comedy type stuff.

I did that for tenants whose roof repair became a comedy of errors and they were both shocked and appreciative (and still my tenants a number of years later).
