MBA / CREF Conference - Who's Going?

Hi BP: 

Is anyone attending the MBA CREF conference in San Diego this week? Our multifamily mortgage banking team will be meeting with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and a few CMBS, lifeco, and bridge lenders. Would love to compare notes, and talk multifamily deals and debt financing. I'm at the Sofia Hotel downtown. Let me know if you're around, and lets grab a drink in the Gaslamp Quarter.

Our team at Berkadia is a Freddie Mac Seller/Servicer, Fannie Mae DUS lender, and HUD lender in the small balance ($1M - $7.5M) and conventional ($7.5M+) space. We also serve as a multifamily mortgage broker for CMBS, banks, life companies, and bridge financing executions. Would love to share our takeaways from the conference, talk deals, and meet new folks in the San Diego area.
