Those signs are all over here in Las Vegas as well.They are usually cheap cardboard and hand lettered.

I recently went to a container auction and bought 2 4'x4'x4' cardboard boxes full of amazon return goods...cost me around $250 total by the time I got it home.

Install walk boards or secured & taped folded moving cardboard boxes to create a temporary bath from the kitchen through the living room to the front door.

Its only a matter of cutting out the cardboard (thats whats inside) to make room for it.

http://www.kwikset.com/smartsecurity/re-key-techno...I just look on eBay for "builder packs" - 10 locks in cardboard boxes instead of retail bubble-packs..I've scored them as low as $10 a lock -  I key everything the same myself - if you goof up, there's a video on YouTube showing how to re-key a borked setup (only done it twice so far), and there's also a $3 tool to flip the lock cylinder so the keys all go in the same way..
