Was the home in a build to rent community, meaning it was all investor owned houses?

Long term Texas should remain strong for multiple strategies. 

This allowed me the opportunity to score my first true passive income STR in Keystone, helping to propel my love of rentals and starting to build my future. 

My Chicago mentality has only grown because I continue to grow and build a stronger network of A players here in the city!

that's awesome @Tieirra Singleton I love those areas for real estate investing - there is so much potential for cash flow + equity build up.

Right now I am focusing on building a strong buyers list before I really hit the ground running on marketing for sellers.

The city has excellent fundamentals...strong Ed's and Med's which are some of the most stable employers, huge investments made in the life science sector,  proximity and easy access to NYC and DC, international airport, port city to name a few. 

Living in a very expensive real estate market (like my Seattle area), long distance real estate investing provides a dynamic path for building a robust and diversified portfolio that I didn’t think was available.

I own a 17 unit apartment building near Minneapolis built in the 60s and wanting to implement wifi camera system and modernize the access panel (wifi managed).Any vendor recommendations?
