Capital partner provides the capital 100% of it no downpayment and no monthly payments and pays insurance.. this allows you to scale much much faster.. cost of the capital will be a little bit more in most cases but not all cases depends on the HML and if your paying broker fee's on top of the lender fee and of course junk fee's
