No, don't be a bird dog for We Buy Houses.Those aren't personal questions, those are business questions to vet the company being legit in tying up the property in a contract.

If they agreed to work with you and you don't have a buyer who can close immediately, (7 to 15 days) I don't see a positive for you in tying up the property.Remember, as a wholesaler you have 3 options: 1. buy the property for yourself 2. double close (buy the property and resell the property immediately 3. assign the paperwork (written agreement to buy or assign) you have in your possession.You are looking for #3.  

We have a place in TI with a Monthly minimum.  

No way in hell would you pay $200/month in TI payments if you were landlord, something does not seem right about that math.
