If they agreed to work with you and you don't have a buyer who can close immediately, (7 to 15 days) I don't see a positive for you in tying up the property.Remember, as a wholesaler you have 3 options: 1. buy the property for yourself 2. double close (buy the property and resell the property immediately 3. assign the paperwork (written agreement to buy or assign) you have in your possession.You are looking for #3.
