Seller asking personal questions...

Hi fellow BPers! Have any of you run into a seller that asks numerous questions about the Buyers and or Company when you're asking them questions about their property?

The potential seller was asking questions like who are the owners, how long they've been in business, where is their office located, and a myriad of other personal questions.

How do you guys handle these questions and uncomfortable situations a seller may place you in especially if one is just starting out speaking to homeowners, utilizing a virtual office, or protecting the privacy of the end buyer?

Any suggestions to these questions and/or comments relating to seller questions are appreciated.
