Failure is a great lesson but you will fail less with someone who has real life experience.I just placed a person brand new out of college in a triplex and I said you know if you really want to be a legend get an RV and live in that while we renovate the other units for full potential.

Before I knew it they were taking advantage of my kindness and have started doing spiteful things like parking his truck under the basketball goal he told my son he could use so he can't play because i don't have 5,000.00 dollars to cut a couple pines that are completely healthy becausethe wind uprooted and fell on his pole barn it barely damaged i told him i would help pay for repairs intill they sent me a bill for almost 6,000 dolars and told me they fixed it cheap and it still didnt look as good as it did before.

Like mentioned above, there are plenty of safe alternatives that work for younger kids- putting green, cage basketball, soft ax throw etc
