In the next three years I will have completed my Electrical apprenticeship and will become a certified Journeyman.  

In my opinion, it is the best way to ease your career into the big game because they offer a true apprenticeship while you build instant credibility as a Fund Manager with much lower risk and a lot less hassles.I am in the process of reviewing one of these companies right now and I like what I see because they will even pay me for co-managing! 

I would like to do some type of apprenticeship in the future with an Investor.

Here's my situation, I am 20, in an electrical apprenticeship, but I want to own property.

At this point my focus is on getting educated about real estate investing by way of practical advice (BP, books, audio, etc.) and experience (mentoring/apprenticeship).

With all these folks running around acting as brokers with no means but just an idea.. what ever happened to apprentice ship IE get your license and learn the trade...

I did a four year apprenticeship of cleaning oil boilers and crawling into attics, I think I can handle a potential buyer/seller lead saying no to me being their agent.

same with RE agents brokers who are top producers.real estate investor who made it another profession and slowing morphs into an investor can work less hours for sure but there was a apprenticeship that allowed that to happen..

I could pursue a Business degree or I could use my benefits to enter an apprenticeship to learn how to be a carpenter, electrician, plumber or any other trade.
