Unless you have a Roth, you can easily pay much more in taxes by investing in real estate through an SDIRA.I would just add that UBIT tax only applies to leveraged real estate in an SDIRA - and it can apply to either a Traditional or Roth IRA.

Property Class will typically dictate the Class of tenant you get, which greatly IMPACTS rental income stability and property maintenance/damage by tenants.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a property in Class D area to Class A standards, what quality of tenant will you get?

@Berry Starnes I just called TSP and they told me that after the loan is paid off in full you’re able to apply for another TSP loan 60 days after the loan is paid off.
