I know there’s things that contractors need to do, but my husband is an engineer and has construction experience (+15years), we are from Venezuela so he’s not licensed here but he has the knowledge.

My wife is from Venezuela, and thankfully she is a U.S.

I have some real estate investing experience back in my country Venezuela and I also have great experience with construction/flipping. 

I am originally from Venezuela.

Sounds more like Venezuela then the country I grew up in.

This isn't Venezuela so what's the outcome? 

Good examples would be Zimbabwe (2000's)  Venezuela (current), early Soviet Union (1910s) and post WW1 Germany (1920s).

I been watching youtube  videos recently on people that show prices (sold and on market) and homes in Venezuela, its insane,  beach side condos fully furnished and in good condition for $20k, im pondering real hard in making a small investment and see how it goes, not all of Venezuela is in what the media tells you.

Germany tried it in the 1930's, Argentina has tried it, Venezuela has tried it.

When a bunch of investors from Venezuela are in a crunch to put cash overseas, its not uncommon for NNN properties to sell at cap rates where you are guaranteed to lose money.
