New real estate agent/investor in the area
Good morning all, I recently moved into the DC area, I'm in the process of getting my license here and would like some recommendations for brokers, where I can get resources such as the purchase agreement forms and even online courses that could help me learn more about the area. I'm looking to invest around 700-900k plus renovations on my first property and depending on the condition/location, I would like to completely renovate it and sell or do some minor renovations, rent it and hold it for a few years. Very new in the area so I would love to get some feedback on where to get started if possible. I have some real estate investing experience back in my country Venezuela and I also have great experience with construction/flipping.
