Hello everyone,

My name is Alfredo. I am 36 years old. Father of two boys and married to the most wonderful woman. I live in Little Rock, AR. I am originally from Venezuela. I came to USA on 2010 to continue my medical training. Currently I am on the learning phase of REI. Listening to all the Rookie podcast episodes. I read the book on "How to invest in real state by Brandon Turner & Joshua Donkin". Currently I am reading the book on "BRRRR by David Greene". I will probably buy a lot of those black Friday books deals.

I enjoy my W2 job and definitely I can not complain about my paycheck.  However it can have a tough schedule sometimes and also I don't want to work for someone else for the rest of my life and be the "poor Dad" at the end. I am one of those persons who likes to analyze and learn as much as I can before making a big decision. But I do not want to get paralysis analysis. This is the reason why I decided to buy the books, listen to the podcast and recently after listening one of the Webinar from Brandon Turner I decided to get the Pro membership to force myself to be more active in the BP community.

Besides introducing myself. I wanted to congrats my rookies colleges to start this journey and thanks the experts for showing us this path.

I also wanted to ask your opinion on what else should I be doing beside reading books, listening to podcast and analyzing deals by my own. What do you think a good strategy or path should someone with a really busy W2 job should take now days.

I appreciate in advance all the comments. I wish good vibes to everyone.

Thanks,

Alfredo.
