@Robert Cuomo, Your risk exposure is high, I agree with @Stephanie Medellin you could be diversifying by parking that money in cash flowing and appreciating properties, and or offering equity financing, or even a mezzanine option with both debt and equity financing.

Hey @Stephanie Medellin it's a commercial loan using an LLC - I've been through the process a few times with other lenders everything else seems fine just seems strange that they are requesting it at this stage.thanks for your input 

If there's any way to make Medellin, Colombia work I would definitely go for that.
