Hi all, we are finishing a brrrrr on multifamily residential property made up of four units and we are trying to refinance out. Everything coming back at 70% LTV, does anyone know of a 75% or 80% program? It's non-owner occupied and a loan amount of 1,500,000.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@George Paquette  Yes, 80% is possible, but it won't be a conventional loan.  Where is the property located?
