Hi Mae, are you in Madison as well?

I started an LLC in 2023 to "Provide a Better Living Opportunity" to residents of Madison County, Indiana. 

I did BRRR lending there for years so on top of owning all of those I did at least 750 loans there.I had some new construction in Byram as well as Pearl  Rankin and Madison .We owned about 50 north of county line on both sides of 55 ..

I ask because it is not Huntsville/Madison whatsoever;  it is quite rural. 

George, I know several seasoned note investors who use Madison Managment and I am currently in talks with them as well.

But finding deals in Huntsville/Madison right now is virtually impossible unless you have numerous and strong connections for off-market properties.  

Currently I have a duplex in Madison, WI and am under contract for my first flip.Outside of real estate, I enjoy mostly time with my kids as they are young! 

Nashville is a hot market for Rentals currently and it seems like that won't change anytime soon, and I've noticed that people are renting in Columbia and Madison quite frequently.

Bordeaux (north of Nashville) is growing as well as Madison, as @Luka Milicevic pointed out.
